We traveled from South Philadelphia to Springfield Hyundai and was greeted by Eric at the dealership. Eric was very knowledgable of the Hyundai products line and we asked him to work up the figures on a few models. After deciding on a car displayed in the showroom we were to return on the next day to pick up the car. Upon arrival Eric greeted us with his smile,as usual, and stated the car was all ready to go and was inspected and cleaned for us. At that we noticed a different Hyundai again in the showroom with more desirable options. We felt ignorant to ask Eric can he run the purchase details on this different car, but did. Eric was glad to sell us a different car than one initially selected and we were so grateful to his calm professional attitude.
