Warranty Refund My car was in an accident and was beyond repair. I was due part of my extended warranty back, that I paid in full when I purchased the vehicle. I went to the dealership to sign some papers to get a refund. The lady said it will take about 12 weeks. It’s been five months. I have been calling and leaving voice messages. No one calls me back. The dealership is about 40miles from my place, so I can’t just drive down there whenever I feel like. I was told to file an Auto Fraud Complaint with the Attorney General’s Office. This is a bad dealership. No respect or value to the customer. More
