I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy from Springfield Hyundai and had a great experience. I spent a few months speaking with Keith Sharon about the pricing of different trim levels and found Springfield Hyundai and had a great experience. I spent a few months speaking with Keith Sharon about the pricing of different trim levels and found him very responsive. Keith was also very transparent from the beginning that given demand for the vehicle there wasn't room to move on the price. Keith was also transparent that going to CarMax would be the best bet for a trade in on my other vehicle after the quote from Springfield Hyundai was considerably lower. I was a little shocked that the dealership charges a $450 doc fee, which after some research I learned is the same as other dealerships in the area. Gardner Civil delivered the vehicle to us on Keith's day off and I was truly impressed with the way he treated my wife and I and the amount of detail he went into when explaining the features of the vehicle to us. Danielle Bizzari was very transparent and not "salesy" at all in the finance office and made the process extremely easy. Overall a great expereince. The only complaint I have is the price I paid, but ultimately that is more a product of the market than the dealership. More

BEWARE! Bought an IONIQ 5 from them and it’s a horrible experience. They added $2k worth of dealer add ons which included Perma-plate coating, door edge prot Bought an IONIQ 5 from them and it’s a horrible experience. They added $2k worth of dealer add ons which included Perma-plate coating, door edge protectors, and pin stripes. When I saw the car in person, the door edge protectors was not installed nor the pin stripes but the salesman (Gardner) assured me that the Perma-plate protective coating was installed. Negotiated the price down by $1k but still paid $1k over MSRP. A few weeks of ownership later when the car start to get some dirt grime that when I see signs that there were not protective coating on the car at all. The paint on the rear bumper has these marks which is an easy sign that there coating on it and the paint was no long smooth/slippery to the touch. I was very irritated and called up the sale manager (Alark Patel) and wanted a refund of this Perma-plate coating and of course he refused. He offered reapply this coat, but I feel I was scammed by them. They charged me a for an unwanted, overpriced wax job that was not even on to the car, and now they want me to take a day off work and bring them the car for them to fix their mistake? More

Had a very nice experience dealing with Gardner at Springfield Hyundai a couple of days ago, that resulted in me getting my first ever brand new car( a Hyundai Kona Night edition). Tuscan I must admit my father did most of the leg work in regards to going and talking to Gardner and setting up my deal. However when I did meet Gardner he directed his attention to my wants and needs as far as what I wanted in my vehicle. He was very accommodating and personable and made this process a breeze. Gardner took the time to thoroughly go through all of the settings and gadget setups of my new Tuscan. As far as the car goes I love it. It is exactly what I wanted. I even had an aftermarket sunroof installed and you would NEVER KNOW it was aftermarket. Seamlessly done. The turn around for the install was only a few days and they were even generous enough to even give me a loaner. From start to finish my father ( who has never owned or even considered a Hyundai ) and I were extremely impressed and blown away by the standard Hyundai sets for their vehicles and their service. More
