Bad things happen to good people Springfield Hyundai was AWESOME in assisting me purchasing a new car when it was not in my plan to do so two years into my last ageement. Everyone was very helpful in my purchase after my insurance compnay totalled my vehicle for severe undercarriage damage. Was not looking forward to this as I went into this knowing that there would be snags right and left. Boy, was I wrong!! Extremely helpful in working with my insurance company and the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Gary in Finance was awesome! Cheryl was my sales associate who was a pleasure to work with. The Dealership, in general is outstanding! From having all my service done on my previous car, I feel like Norm from cheers that when I walk in, everyone knows me. chad was very helpful when I had the car towed to the dealerhip before it was determined it was totalled and based on the undercarriage that he viewed, was genuinely interested if I was ok. I am thankful that I had GAP Insurance and do not know why customers do not take this added coverage. Please feel free to use my name for those who are hesitant to take this....I will ifnorm them of what took place with me and can hopefully explain how important this was to me, not only financially, but having that extra piece of mind.
