Memorable Experience Strangely enough, i went to Springfield Hyundai to have my previous vehicle diagnosed from a mechanical failure. I was finally hit with the worst news Strangely enough, i went to Springfield Hyundai to have my previous vehicle diagnosed from a mechanical failure. I was finally hit with the worst news a car owner could hear; my engine had seized up. The service staff was genuinely concerned and felt my obvious disappointment. Salesperson Don Mack offered to "at least look at possible options". Long story short, I purchased a 2015 Sonata Sport. Don looked into every and all ways possible for me to make the new purchase. He tossed numbers around, did all the fuzzy math, pleaded with financial managers and worked very diligently to relieve the stress that sometimes comes with a large purchase. He was able to pull out discounts and incentives from places unknown. I would highly recommend Springfield Hyundai for anyone purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle. They were the best! More

Good experience In the past few days I had the opportunity to deal with a good group of people at Springfield Hyundai. First speaking with AJ Henry on the phone and In the past few days I had the opportunity to deal with a good group of people at Springfield Hyundai. First speaking with AJ Henry on the phone and then working with him to the end with getting my windows fixed, in a rental car and even getting a ride from Joe to the train station. AJ won me back as a customer. When I first reviewed AJ back in February 2015, I was very disappointed, but this last experience was a pleasure. Everyone in the service department were very polite and helpful and courtesy. AJ I give you a 4 star rating this time, and overall 5 stars to Hyundai. My rental was there within 15 minutes and that was even better experience then last. Thank you. More

Excellent It is strange how things happen. We went to get a Genesis the first time and got a Sonata. I have own four Sonatas and now I have selected the Santa It is strange how things happen. I need an AWD vehicle and was about to get Tucson but the Santa Fe was the better deal. I love it. More
