Karen helped me each THREE times I came in for the SAME problem. She was kind, no problems really with her. My problem is with the fact I have brought my car in THREE times and my car is STILL making the s problem. She was kind, no problems really with her. My problem is with the fact I have brought my car in THREE times and my car is STILL making the same noise. They greased the crap out of my brake pads to try and stop the squealing noise, which caused my brakes to just slide and NOT stop. I am LIVID that I trusted them with my vehicle and it is STILL messed up. I bought my car from nissan and have faithfully had my car serviced there, but NEVER AGAIN will I visit St Charles Nissan and I will leave a bad review EVERY time I come across a site to do so. They thought greasing my brakes would stop the problem, although it caused MORE problems. I am SO unhappy with St Charles Nissan!!!! Clint has always been very helpful though. He's the best, sorry I won't be in anymore to experience your kindness. More

Great service, great people! I brought my Rogue in to be checked because I had run into a very deep pot hole. I was concerned there may have been damaged to my alignment or wheel I brought my Rogue in to be checked because I had run into a very deep pot hole.
