I’ve been very happy with my transition from a full sized Chevy to my new 2022 Tacoma. However I did have a not so good experience with the shuttle service. I was apparently forgotten at the designated p Chevy to my new 2022 Tacoma. However I did have a not so good experience with the shuttle service. I was apparently forgotten at the designated pick up time. 45 minutes late to be exact. Also, I was asked if I’d be interested in a courtesy wash of which I did not get.. also forgotten. But it did make me question the service departments ability to maintain a quality service. Love my truck but service does become a factor as part of the long term relations and the brand loyalty I’ll keep when it’s time to upgrade… again. This is my second new Toyota purchase.. Will there be more? That all falls on the service departments ability to earn my confidence. More

Had the car almost two weeks and the maintenance light and tire pressure lights were both still on when we picked up the car. Had to put air in the tires on the way home and have the light reset at anothe and tire pressure lights were both still on when we picked up the car.
