St Cloud Toyota Service Dept is the best! They do a thorough checkup on my cars when they comes in for maintenance. In this visit, Dan Pope, service advisor, was helpful in answering my questions related to a service plan on my Avalon — he did some checking for me. He provided me with excellent customer service, and advice. He has also been very helpful in the past when I brought my older Camry in. This service Dept kept my old 1998 Camry “running like a champ.” All the staff are friendly with customers, and “go the extra mile” to provide the best customer experience.
