Relatively quick to get an appointment considering the average wait time elsewhere. Didn’t have to wait once I got there, service completed in exact time frame given. We were very pleased with recent service on our 2018 Highlander after our car was vandalized (our catalytic converter was cut out). Parts were on backorder and the dealer gave us a loaner car to help u Highlander after our car was vandalized (our catalytic converter was cut out). Parts were on backorder and the dealer gave us a loaner car to help us out while our vehicle was awaiting repair. The service was promptly completed when the parts came in. Communication was excellent during this time. More

Had the car almost two weeks and the maintenance light and tire pressure lights were both still on when we picked up the car. Had to put air in the tires on the way home and have the light reset at anothe and tire pressure lights were both still on when we picked up the car.
