I went to check the air pressure in my tires. Luckily, they detected a very bad tire and suggested I replace it ASAP. Without any appointment, they instantaneously replaced and balanced my two tires. My Highlander heater motor quit running on Saturday Dec 20. I calf St Cloud Toyota talked to Bryan in service dept. he said appointments were full for a week but if I could bring car in on Monday he would 20.
