Always friendly and accommodating. The technicians are good at what the do. My family bought our first Toyota Avalon in 2003. My wife drove it for 15 years and we passed it on to our granddaughter. I'm mostly upset at the sales department. I was looking at a 2008 accord they put on the lot wholesale that needed a timing belt, two cvc joints, never had maintenance that it needs at 190k, said the askin at a 2008 accord they put on the lot wholesale that needed a timing belt, two cvc joints, never had maintenance that it needs at 190k, said the asking price was $4200, after the test drive came back and said $5650. The cvc joints were $2200 alone, and the trade in Val was only 1200 according to kkb. The front bumper was hanging on the passenger side; the left tail light damaged, and the oil was dirty. More
