I had gone to get an oil change for my Camry. The service department informed me that I was also due for a tire rotation and performed both services without any charge as I had bought a new used car from the department informed me that I was also due for a tire rotation and performed both services without any charge as I had bought a new used car from them (I had forgotten that these services were free for a time on recently purchased vehicles). The service was fast and efficient (and with a free car wash!) and I really appreciate their professionalism. More

I spent Four hours on Tuesday waiting for four new tires to be applied on my Prius. I followed the process on your board and when in red my Paperwork was in progress then an hour later my name is dropped do to be applied on my Prius. I followed the process on your board and when in red my Paperwork was in progress then an hour later my name is dropped down on the board and it’s now in black letter paperwork in process. I saw people come and go and there I sat. I finally asked one of the service reps that came walking by “What’s the hold up?” It seems Rob wasn’t at his desk all morning BUT his clients paperwork was placed on his desk and their mine sat! When I did get called in the agent tried to say the service was just completed no so it was a hot day and when I did get to my car it was obvious it was sitting for awhile. I was given a free oil change my next visit but seriously why the break in communications and if Rob had an emergency why didn’t someone take over it did not apppear all the other service workers were too busy to not help out. Maybe there’s a good explanation I was just given the run around and told them so. Of course I’ll be back I drive three hours one way for service that speaks for itself but this should not be a reoccurring incident in your service representatives department. More
