Had a significant issue with my RAV4 following a routine maintenance visit (oil leak following an oil change). St. Cloud Toyota sent out one of their service managers - same day - to my home (in Andover, M maintenance visit (oil leak following an oil change). St. Cloud Toyota sent out one of their service managers - same day - to my home (in Andover, MN) over an hour away to fix the problem. The issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction.
