We brought our 2020 Toyota Highlander in for its 10,000 mile maintenance check. All went smoothly and on-time until we left the lot and the glove box door kept falling open. Don't like the service check in process in the respect no communication with service advisor before service. I brought my Sienna in for a tire rotation and to have my bluetooth checked since it was hard for people to hear me on the phone.
