Our sales person was excellent. He quickly found a (not readily available) vehicle consistent with our stated criteria and was easy to work with despite our somewhat hectic schedul He quickly found a (not readily available) vehicle consistent with our stated criteria and was easy to work with despite our somewhat hectic schedule limitations. On the day of closing, he worked diligently to keep us informed about deviations from the scheduled timing. He fully deserves a 5-star rating. The actual closing with the financial office was below average despite it being a cash transaction. The start of the transaction was approximately an hour later than the scheduled time. The listed MSRP at closing was higher than the MSRP listed in the paperwork received when the down-payment was made and that difference was not noted by the dealership but was discovered while comparing paperwork the next day at home.
