My husband and I went in looking for an upgrade as our lease was ending on our vehicle. We walked in with just the expectation to "shop around". We were met with friendly and knowledgeable staff. We loved the floor model more than the vehicle we test drove, we asked if we could have that Sienna specifically and that is what we got. Asked a million questions and for many different options to see what would work best for us, all met with patience and help. Went home less than 3 hours later with a brand new vehicle, barely had to lift a finger to trade in our lease. We are very pleased with our purchase and look forward to working with Toyota the next few years. More
