Had an oil change and tire rotation and battery checked. Service was all good, my service advisor was Rob, who was excellent to work with. Noise was found and eliminated but I was promised my car would be washed and polished before pickup. I got there and the car was not washed and polished. I was upset. I waited 45 minutes and it was beautiful when I got it back but I’m not happy about the lack of communication and things written on tickets totally ignored.
