Excellent customer service. I arrived shortly before my 4:00 oil change appointment, got in right away, and less than an hour later was out the door. The multi-point inspection showed that my battery is starting to go bad, but that was just an FYI and there was no pressure for me to have them change it while I was there. Friendly, capable, competent people who do what they say they are going to do. Very refreshing, especially after a very unpleasant experience I had at a different auto service center about a month ago. I'll be in the market for a new Tundra this Spring, and I'll be buying it at St. Cloud Toyota. More

We bought our Ford escape about a month ago. Car is running great , We did have a rattle under the car fixed, a plastic cover needed a few bolts tightened ,that was good. We are extremely pleased with SC Toyota, everyone we dealt with was wonderful to work with. We are disappointed that Toyota came out with a low interest 3 days after we purchased!
