The car experience was SO RUSHED! We never had a single person of contact and were shuffled around, asked "like it? sign here" absolutely horrible rushed communication. I would rate the people we worked (poorly) with if I could even remember what they looked like or what their names were, the only person there who seemed to actually be enjoying their job was the receptionist. All follow up appointments for covered oil changes etc were met with just as much derision and poor attitude. We asked simple questions on why our car does certain things, when another car of ours (a different brand) does not, and told "that's just how it is, they must have cut a wire and are bypassing things." yeah, cause a brand new car from a branded dealership is going to bypass things and sell it as new. Its ridiculous! I told my parents we bought a new Toyota (my mother has always loved Toyota) and they immediately asked what dealership we went to, and when we said St.Cloud they both rolled their eyes and said "that's the worst one!" I'm glad others had good experiences, but it was not the case with my husband and I. It's our first Toyota, and it will be our last. More

(proof of Insurance) Upon completing the purchase process someone could ask: Do you currently subscribe to Sirius or Toyota Connect because both provide rebates or refunds? Upon asking about my current extended warranty, I was informed that I must go back to my previous dealer to process any rebates. Selling cars are a routine matter for your dealership but for people buying your cars it is not a routine matter. Spending $40,000-50,000 for a vehicle is anything but routine. All things considered I rated your staff and dealership 4 out of 5 as an overall experience. More
