I had a very pleasant experience at St Cloud Toyota. I was in the market for a new 2020 Highlander Platinum, trading in my 2019. I had purchased my 2019 from Jeff Pagel last year and preferred to work wi was in the market for a new 2020 Highlander Platinum, trading in my 2019. I had purchased my 2019 from Jeff Pagel last year and preferred to work with him again on this deal. I live about 230 miles from the dealership so Jeff put together a deal for me that I was happy with over the phone, pending my trade inspection. We arrived at the dealership in early afternoon and took the new Highlander for a test drive and we were very impressed with all the changes that were made to the new Highlander. We went over the features of the vehicle with Jeff and then Ethan in Finance completed the finance paperwork with me. It was all a very efficient process and all of my expectations were exceeded! Thanks to both Jeff and Ethan for making my buying experience so pleasant. I will be back when Im ready to upgrade again! More
