Sales rep was GREAT, Finance Director was a xxx We started looking back in Feb for a new vehicle for my wife. After test driving more then 6 SUV's from different dealers and checking car reports on We started looking back in Feb for a new vehicle for my wife. After test driving more then 6 SUV's from different dealers and checking car reports on the net. We decided on a Rav 4. Then the 19 hit and we waited til now to get one. Other then the vehicle it's self the sales rep was a big factor in us buying from y'all rather then Mankato. Ismail worked his xxx off for us. He was a pleasure to work with. Now the finance director, was a another matter. He was a xxx from the start. I called up to St Cloud to do a credit app over the phone. He was very short and rude. Then when we were doing the paper work on the car, he was more upset with the long day he had. How his brain was mush and his wife was already texting him about things at home. We don't care about his issues. We spending $30,000.00 on a new car with 17,000.00 plus down. If he can't do his job 100% of the time , then he needs to look for a new job. Our thoughts. Forgot to add this, had this been my vehicle/deal I would have walked out all because of Marc Alsdurf. More
