After tire rotation, technician left lug nuts very loose on one of four wheels. Car vibrated severely. Service sent technicians to my home, tightened lug nuts, took car to shop for checkout, returned car on one of four wheels. Car vibrated severely. Rob listened to my concerns and found a car that met my need s. I did have to leave in the middle of the finance portion and set up an appointment at 4:30 to finish up. I mentioned that time was a factor in my visit and he said he would do everything he could to work with me in a timely fashion. He did. I think I was in and out in just over an hour, with a new car! I was impressed with the appearance of the building, showroom floor/office area and the friendly professional courtesy I was treated with.
