Nice, just took too long This was the first service visit for our brand new 2019 Toyota Highlander at 5,000 miles for a tire rotation. Had appointment at 10:00AM Saturday mor This was the first service visit for our brand new 2019 Toyota Highlander at 5,000 miles for a tire rotation. Had appointment at 10:00AM Saturday morning, pulled in to nice clean, well lit service bay. No other autos in the bay, parked Highlander in front and looked for a Service Tech. Kristen came out, greeted me very friendly, asked why I was in today and took keys directing me to the waiting area, letting me know it would take 45 minutes. Nice clean, comfortable waiting area, good coffee, clean bathrooms. Took 56 minutes and Kristin called me to the service area and checked me out in a matter of seconds, very nice again. Just seems like 45 is a long time for a tire rotation, but it was very busy during mt stay with multiple other autos entering the service bay. Maybe thinking it can be done in less than 45 minutes is unreasonable since I've never worked in an auto service business? Sitting 56 minutes can seem longer than it is sometimes, so I'm certain not upset as shown from my rating. Super nice that they sent the Highlander through the car wash when they were done!! Thank you! More

St Cloud Toyota has never tried to sell service I didn't need, always efficient in what work was done. Ben Becker is an exceptional person to deal with, always professional and friendly every time we cross paths, does a great job with customers!! Yesterday Rob provided a free car wash along with the service visit. Nice waiting area with free coffee, cappuccino, and tea are appreciated as we drive 60 miles from Baxter, MN because of all the "good service experiences" there, clean restrooms, vending opportunities are convenient too. Rob informed me of the TSC Plan which saves me money on oil changes / tire rotations / 2 years Roadside Assistance included, no high pressure - just informative. I went for it, good for 2 years with 5 services. I'm always for saving money. My first purchase with St Cloud Toyota ('09 Camry) was very fair & enjoyable, as was my second purchase of the '13 Highlander in Dec of 2015. We have also purchased & dealt with their Waite Park Auto & Sport Store when helping our granddaughter purchase her first car, an '03 Camry, the experience was very good, fairness and assurance of a quality vehicle much appreciated. I drove the car home and couldn't believe what a nice car she was able to acquire on her limited budget! I always tell friends & family about St Cloud Toyota - and the great experiences whether buying, or the great service experiences while having service work done. I have been to and witnessed over my years dealerships that try "up sell" unnecessary service or repairs to customers - I return to St Cloud Toyota because I have never experienced that with them. TRUST is what it's all about, they have earned my trust with reputable dealings. More

Brakes for a 2012 Prius I scheduled a brake service to be performed after a recent oil change and inspection revealed that the original brakes on our Prius needed attention ( I scheduled a brake service to be performed after a recent oil change and inspection revealed that the original brakes on our Prius needed attention (160,000 miles on the first set of pads!). Got a quote and came to pick up the vehicle and found the bill to be over a hundred more than the quote. I showed this to the service rep along with the coupon I had for $60 off which would have made the total cost about $420. The rep explained to me that the quote I had been given was missing the labor charges on the rear brakes. I told him I felt I had been misled, and he understood. He spoke with the manager, and my bill was adjusted to $453. Not perfect, but they were willing to appease my disappointment with $130 off their original bill. Apparently they have a glitch in their computer system which left off the rear brakes labor portion in the original quote. I was pleased that they understood my frustration and were willing to do something about it. I've always been happy with the service I've received here. More
