I was not happy regarding the following: * I was rushed back to the finance department before we agreed on a sales price. * The salesman and his team did not consider the fact that I am not able to use back to the finance department before we agreed on a sales price. * The salesman and his team did not consider the fact that I am not able to use the service package that was include with the sale and made no attempt to find a different way to compensate me for that. - UPDATE: The dealership called/emailed to ask about my concerns which was nice; but other than offering an apology; they didn't actually do anything. They claimed that the service package was non-transferable to another dealership closer to where I live. But, this is exactly why I wanted to negotiate the price of the car further. * They provided me with a 2nd set of keys with batteries that were dead - UPDATE: The team followed up with me and mailed a set of batteries. * I was not given my Scheel's gift card before leaving the dealership - UPDATE: The team followed up with me and mailed my giftcard * Phone system was not operating when dealership opened. As such, we could not verify if the dealership was open. This cost us approx. 2 hours of time. More
