Both times I have been here, the estimated wait time has been way under the actual wait time. Both times my name showed up "pending assignment" for almost the entire "estimated wait time" and then the work been way under the actual wait time. Both times my name showed up "pending assignment" for almost the entire "estimated wait time" and then the work would get started and take another 30 min or so. It wouldn't be a big deal but I am usually waiting in the lobby and having to go back to work, so good information is helpful to alert my coworkers to how long I'll actually be gone. No drop off service has been offered or any kind of loaner either, so I'm more or less stuck there. More
