PJ was very down to earth, absolutely zero pressure, and made the process of purchasing the MKS very smooth and enjoyable. This is my fourth Lincoln, but first from PJ & Stamford Ford Lincoln. Seamless Experience I recently went to look at a ford fusion at the Stamford dealership. I was greeted right away and a salesman named Juan offered to help. Juan asked me to sit at his desk and I proceeded to tell him what I was looking for in my budget. He showed me the Fusion gas model and I took it for a ride. I liked the car a lot but I told him it was still a bit out of my budget. When we sat down after I took the test drive, he told me about the electric Hybrid and what rebate was offered. I agreed to go the next day and do a test drive. I was very impressed with the car as well as how knowledgeable Juan was with the vehicle. This was the perfect car at the perfect price. He and the rest of the Ford team had me in my car the next day. I am very impressed with the service & professionalism this dealership provides. More

Very Caring Staff The staff at Stamford Ford Lincoln is very caring, and took the time to explain to me each of the options that the car I was looking at and eventually The staff at Stamford Ford Lincoln is very caring, and took the time to explain to me each of the options that the car I was looking at and eventually bought, 2013 Ford Fusion, came with and how to use each one. I never had a car with voice control, the built-in navigation, and self-parallel parking so it was a lot to take in but they were patient and explained everything. The sales rep I was working with, Michael Mykytey, was very kind and welcomed me with a huge smile on his face each time I met with him.
