It was as efficient, professional and pleasant an experience as I experienced on my 2011 purchase, if not better. Lena is extremely experienced, organized, honest and helpful. The vehicle order and delivery as well as the execution of paperwork, was as easy as it gets. This is a first rate Ford dealership and I highly recommend it. More
