Once we started to negotiate pricing and trade found out they had a deposit, But I could leave a backup deposit in case the current buyers financing fell through. Told them to contact me if it fell through. Following Friday received an e-mail telling me vehicle was still available and to contact them with my deposit. Got the message after work (you know that stuff we do to pay for these things) so had to call Saturday. Got voicemail each time I called and left message I would try again during breaks when I could Saturday but if didn't connect I would call with a deposit Monday since I was instructing at an event ALL day Saturday. Every communication from Stamford started with 'When Are You Leaving The Deposit". I still did not have a final price for the vehicle. Sales Called midday Saturday using caller ID to ask again for a deposit. Told them I would call Monday and that all messages left stated I was tied up Saturday but I WOULD be completing the sale. Monday took three attempts before I was given a final price which included the trade-in value given two weeks earlier when I first stopped by. Arranged my own financing and showed up 10 minutes late to pick up car. Was scolded by Barry for being late. Remember I am the one holding the $20k in bank checks now. . 2 hours later I finally was able to leave. Most of the information I received from Barry had to be corrected by Tony Siciliano regarding warranty's etc. Got as far as 95 (about 2 miles) and every time I used the brakes on 95 the whole front end would shake violently. Got back to the dealership 15 minutes after I had left and most of the staff , including my salesman had already Booked for the weekend. Tony provided me a loner so I could make the 90 minute drive home while the fixed the brakes and other inoperative systems on the Ford Certified Car that hadn't been fixed prior to delivery. Was told for the other systems (such as the SYNC) to use the warranty if I did not want to drive all the way cross state to Stamford. Following week car was delivered to me and loaner picked up. A Ford Certified Used Car should not be delivered to the customer unsafe for the road when the highway is less than 5 minutes away. Received only 1 response to multiple e-mails from Dominic Franchella who lists himself as Dealer Principle and was introduced as owner. Like the car, Tony Siciliano and Clay Morsey were great when everyone else was gone but I would not trust this dealership again More

My visit to Stamford ford was to find a side truck for my husband- a surprise gift for him. I called and spoke with Michael Mykytey. He was so nice right away I was at ease dealing with him. The truck I originally inquired about was no longer available but Michael said he would do some research and get back to me. I raised my budget a bit and called Michael, hoping this would greater my chances of finding a truck. It worked! He informed me they had something and I told him I would be right over. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and asked if I would like anything to drink. Jokingly I replied " yes, a scotch on the rocks" I settled for a cold bottled water. Michael knew the truck was a gift and since my husband was with me, Michael played along. We found a truck we loved, Michael made the magic happen and the deal was done. When I arrived the next day to pick up the truck, Michael said he had a gift for me.....a bottle of scotch! I have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world and never has anyone put that much thought into doing something so special. Taking the time to purchase it, have it wrapped and given to me is just jaw-dropping. When my car was done Scott went over what was exactly done to my car. He also told me that I would be getting an email or call to set up my next service appointment in about 5 months. The BEST Car Dealership I've Ever Come Across! I've owned a limousine service in Greenwich, CT since 1989. Although I was very loyal to a great dealership for the last 17 years (I've purchased 48 I've owned a limousine service in Greenwich, CT since 1989. Although I was very loyal to a great dealership for the last 17 years (I've purchased 48 vehicles from them), I was swayed into purchasing yet another Lincoln Town Car from Stamford Ford/Lincoln. Price played a big factor, but the diligence and friendliness of Mr. Miles Mobius sealed the deal. This new 2014 MKT Town Car, loaded with everything possible, was $5,000.00 less than at any other dealership. However, Mr. Mobius was NOT simply "salesman friendly". He personally oversaw, and made sure EVERYTHING was perfect, the entire transaction. Purchasing a vehicle for a Limousine Service is not as easy as purchasing a personal vehicle; the State of CT will not register or issue plates for the vehicle unless every little detail is correct on the registration, as well as many other documents. Mr. Mobius had the vehicle ready - with a FULL TANK OF GASOLINE - and immaculately clean at the precise time I arrived. Not only that - Mr. Mobius made a point of introducing me to the owner of the company, the head of the parts & repair division (which is incredibly efficient and trustworthy) as well as to Mr. Dan Sexton... Mr. Sexton spent over 1.25 HOURS with me, teaching me the new way to sync cell phones into the vehicle's GPS display, so that our dispatchers can alert our chauffeurs of any traffic, flight delays, etc. Think about that - OVER AN HOUR! And Mr. Sexton could not have been more patient and friendly, as well as helpful. Bottom line - if you're looking for a vehicle which is safe, loaded with extras, excellent on gas mileage, and a sheer pleasure to drive (such as the Ford Mustang Convertible), DO NOT BOTHER LOOKING ANYWHERE ELSE! This dealership will change your mind of what a dealership should be - Other dealerships should take notice: if they want to see how a truly professional operation should work, Stamford Ford/Lincoln is where they should study!
