Overall a wonderful experience from start to finish! Before I begin my review I would like to point out that this is not the first time I've purchased a car from a dealership (dealerships I won't name be Before I begin my review I would like to point out that this is not the first time I've purchased a car from a dealership (dealerships I won't name because thats not relevant for this review) and I've never once felt like I didn't get swindled into buying a car that I wasn't sure about. Every car I've owned prior to this one it only took a week for me to wish I'd put more thought into the decision. The stigma around car salesman had proven to be true for all of my adult life and this time around I was almost scared/anxious about the entire thing. Anyways, enough about past experiences that were horrible, let's talk about Stamford Ford. When I walked into the dealership it was very close to closing time and I expected to feel rushed or simply told to come back tomorrow (that happened to me before at a previous dealership) but to my surprise I was met with open arms and hours after the dealership was supposed to be closed I had taken a test drive, reviewed all of my options, and felt no pressure to buy that day. Chris was highly recommended by my girlfriends father so he took care of us when me and my mother first arrived. We explored options and then I was introduced to Judy who was extremely kind, easy going and knowledgable of any car I had questions about. I recall Judy at one point offering to let me speak with a "tech guy" to help me understand all the bells and whistles but I didn't feel like that was even needed because of how well she broke down how the car works inside and out. Judy has a personality that makes you feel as if you already knew her and had already developed a friendship, it's hard to explain but it was comforting. When I made the choice and picked the perfect Ford Fusion to fit my needs Judy introduced me to Andres and we began the paperwork process. Andres was beyond efficient and patient in walking me through the paperwork and making sure I understood everything about my lease and what was expected of me. I never once felt like I was signing something that I didn't fully understand. Once the process was done and the car was mine Judy walked me to the car and took another half hour making sure I understood everything fully. I already had a pretty good idea of how everything worked but I was thankful to have someone on my side who truly wanted to make sure I was driving away with a full knowledge of the car. I would recommend that anyone interested in a Ford or Lincoln go to this dealership. From the excellent customer service to the laid back atmosphere at Stamford Ford I for once in my life am not seconding guessing anything and feel very secure in my purchase. Because of this single experience I can proudly say that Ford has a loyal customer. More

Excellent Experience! I ended up leasing a car from this dealership after visiting a few ford dealers in the area. The salesman, Clay, I worked with was great. He was personable and very efficient, also not pressuring at all (in a way which ends up being a reason to leave). That's the way a car buying experience should be. He explained all the new features and helped us customize a vehicle that was everything we wanted and a price we could afford. He also kept us informed during every stage of the purchasing process. Tony Siciliano assessed my trade (an F-150 I had purchased in Florida that did not have 4x4...not an option in the frozen tundra of Connecticut) and was very fair compared to what I had researched on Edmunds.com. Tony also handled the sales paperwork. He explained every figure in detail and configured the warranty to suit our driving habits. There are a lot of "bells and whistles" in cars today and Dan assisted me in figuring them all out. He even uploaded wallpaper to customize our computer screen! And to think, my first car didn't even have electric windows! Now for the vehicle...it is amazing. The ride is smooth, the features are extremely convenient and intuitive, and the seating is very comfortable. Even the lift gate was such a convenience when we were loading groceries yesterday! This is the 3rd used car I purchased and I have never experienced customer service as I did here. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Everyone from Judy, Neil, Tony and Scott made my bar buying experience a positive one. Even when I had to take the car back for some minor and unexpected repair work, I was taken in immediately and provided with updates. I would highly recommend shopping at Stamford Ford Lincoln! More
