I've been a customer for 25+ years (I moved an hour away for Stamford over 20 years ago but still travel to Stamford Ford for all my car buying and service needs. I was interested in a Ford Raptor and Barry got back to me within a few minutes of the online message I sent. From the start, Barry was professional and wanted to make sure I got the truck I wanted. He went out of the way to take close up pictures for me because I live about two hours away. He made the whole process easy and I was able to complete most of the transaction over email/phone. We made a deal in a couple of days and everything that he promised was delivered! I drove up to pick up the truck and was thrilled with the whole experience.
