My experience at Stamford Hyundai was probably the best car experience I have ever had. My salesman, Evan, was exceptional. He was personable (I felt like I knew him my whole life), he was easy going, and car experience I have ever had. My salesman, Evan, was exceptional. Most unprofessional individual (Scott Vogel) I have ever met at any car dealer. Just hope they dont make a mistake and then you have to deal with him. Thats literally what happened to me. Experience was already pretty bad, but it was until I had to deal with Scott Vogel that the experience went from pretty bad, to pretty much unacceptable, and now at that point pretty much one of the worst experiences I have had in any business. When the dealer makes a mistake and in spite of that then they insult you cause you are trying to reach a resolution. And when thats only the minor part of the problem... yikes. Had it not been for that individual I would have just endured and awaited resolution rather than posted this review. More

I can't speak highly enough to relate how helpful Phil Bergeron was. I was new to Hyundai and not sure about what I wanted for my next (and possibly last) vehicle.
