Poor. So far, happy with 2022 Santa Fe (despite understandably wait for car due to supply chain issues). However, from a dealership perspective, Stamford Hyundai : 1. Reneged on written trade in value promised when we arrived to pick up car. 2. Forgot to mail us registration when it arrived to dealership ( was sitting in their office for at least 2 weeks). 3. When they did commit to fedex it, took 4 days (and several phone calls) for fedex to pick up the printed label. 5. When registration finally arrived, it indicated that NY state inspection was due 3 weeks EARLIER (hence driving a car out of inspection). 6. NY state registration was expiring in 1 month (what happened to 1 year for new purchase, despite out of state) ? Lousy lousy !! Hyundai really needs to up its game on dealership experience. Sense other area Hyundai dealerships are just as lousy. More
