I live in California and bought my EV from this out of state dealership. Worked with Andy from the Sales team. It's been a fantastic experience for me. I was worried that this out of state car buying expe state dealership. Worked with Andy from the Sales team. It's been a fantastic experience for me. I was worried that this out of state car buying experience might not turn out good (due to the chip shortage I had to go look for dealerships out of state that had inventory). Its just been so pleasant working with Andy. We had a little bit of an issue with the CA vehicle registration (from CT) and had to renew the temp registration multiple times - he worked so patiently with me and helped me throughout this saga. I would doubt if any local salesman or dealership would have even attempted to go this far. Amazed at the professionalism he showed with all of this. I will certainly vote him #1 in customer service. It's hard to find people like him who genuinely take the extra step to help their customers.
