Mechanically speaking as far as the process of purchasing a vehicle, the dealership did everything they were supposed to do. However, they lack the finesse of customer service. They failed miserably to creat a vehicle, the dealership did everything they were supposed to do. However, they lack the finesse of customer service. They failed miserably to create the environment for me as the customer to feel welcome and after making what mini would consider a major purchase, I had to beg for a full tank of gas for my GMC Yukon XL Denali. Additionally, I had to bring the vehicle back to have it vacuumed out again after they presented the vehicle as clean and detailed to have things as large as a goldfish snack treat left under the rear seat that was clearly visible at night just sticking your head into the vehicle. I wasn’t looking for Chick-fil-A level customer service but I was looking to have been made to feel welcome. UNSAT More

Everybody was extremely nice and helpful. Roger was awesome!! He was very respectful to my 90 year dad and showed him how to work all the different controls in the car. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. After a short wait, the girl that checked me in, I believe her name tag said LB. (She sat in the middle seat at that time) came and told me that the tire rot short wait, the girl that checked me in, I believe her name tag said LB. (She sat in the middle seat at that time) came and told me that the tire rotation was unable to be done that day because I had a gash in my sidewall that was dangerous for me to drive on. That specific day you had no tire in stock that would fit my vehicle. She called Gateway and found me a tire and gave me places I could check. That girl was awesome and I truly appreciated her helpfulness that day. She turned a bad situation into a positive one just by having an amazing attitude and seeming to genuinely care about my safety. Thanks. More
