I asked a few question and she referred me to Mr. Paul (PJ), one of the salesmen. I told him I was coming so he gassed the truck up and had it ready to drive. It was an easy buying experience. I told him what I wanted to pay and a few thinkgs I wanted added to the truck. They came back and agreed. No haggling or long negotiations, really simple buying process. The staff was very pleasant and attentive to my needs. I was pre approved for a loan so that made the buying process easier. In addition the truck was eligible for the 20 year/250000 mile powertrain warranty. This gave me additional piece of mind. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Star Chevrolet. Mr. Darrell made purchasing a vehicle utterly painless. His no pressure sales technique made me feel comfortable with him from the moment we were introduced. Also Mitch in financing was the man. He was very organized and we had all paper work signed in a matter of minutes. The entire process took about 2hrs. Where as other dealerships, it took that long to get me a price together on a vehicle. I will return to purchase my wife a vehicle, and I will be seeing Mr. Darrell again.
