Short notice repair While shopping in Gulfport a kind shopper who also had just parked notified me I had the left break light out on my Elantra. I tried to call the local Dealership for my car model but the calls at 3:30 on Friday went to voicemail. I have used Star to service my truck several times so I called ...last minute on a FRIDAY to see if they could fit me in to check and change the bulb out. The woman answered and was kind, understanding and welcomed me to come right away before closing. I was taken care of quickly and the charge was extremely reasonable for a dealership!! Thank you so much Star service Dept! Kudos! It could have been handled so differently but it was handled professionally, with understanding and kindness. You may saved me from getting a citation for no break light!! Someone driving behind me may not have seen me stopping! See how something so simple is so important. Thanks for your time. Great Customer Service! I have been looking at different dealerships for a used vehicle but have been limited in time due to work and being a single mom.
