I was pressured into buying gap insurance during a deal. One of the managers specifically said to me "you must purchase GAP insurance or no deal ! Hopefully by the end of this questionnaire I can upload the One of the managers specifically said to me "you must purchase GAP insurance or no deal ! Hopefully by the end of this questionnaire I can upload the messages stating that there would be no deal. I actually feel like I was highly pressured by two employees at the dealership to buy the insurance. It was extremely uncomfortable. I do not recommend using this dealership! Horrible More
