CSTEP5069 responded

The salesman came back from finance manager and said that we would be able to do the out the door price of 62,000 even. The finance manager added $989 to the out the door price after agreeing. We did not agree to the key dent price, but was charged that anyway. I have photocopy of signed by salesman of the agreement of 62,000 even but was charged $989 more. I feel that I am owed the $989 that was charged above the 62,000 even out the door price. The salesman did arranged the key and dent price sent back to Ally finance but the $989 above the agreed-upon price was not. Pretty slick huh? you must return the $989 for me to be happy with Stingray Chevrolet.
