I brought my vehicle in for its oil change and tire rotation. The interaction during the check-in process was nice and fairly seamless. However, during my visit, I told Luis there was a problem with my rotation. The interaction during the check-in process was nice and fairly seamless. However, during my visit, I told Luis there was a problem with my left blinker, and my vehicle is under a bumper-to-bumper warranty. He indicated he would check it out. When I got ready to leave, he said there was nothing wrong with it. I tried to show him a picture of the error message I had been receiving. He said it didn't matter unless they could replicate the issue there they could not work on my vehicle. As a result, I had to contact the service manager to get my issue resolved. More

I have a Cadillac XT5. When I go to Ed Morse Cadillac in Brandon I take my lunch, honestly. I am there close to three hours. I also have a Camaro. I will never take my cars When I go to Ed Morse Cadillac in Brandon I take my lunch, honestly. I am there close to three hours. I also have a Camaro. I will never take my cars back to Ed Morse because of the wait and it was almost double of what Stringray charged me for an oil charge and tire rotation. And my advisor was Mike, he was fantastic. And it was done in less than an hour!!!! More
