I have no problem with the dealership. I’ve received good service at the service department until, this past visit. I was told computers were down, which I understood, but I was there ov I’ve received good service at the service department until, this past visit. I was told computers were down, which I understood, but I was there over 2 hours with NO updates. I witnessed other customers receiving multiple updates. Finally, I went up to desk, of Mr. Chavez and asked what was up? He said, they had just came back up, and my Tahoe was ready…he had called my name 3 times. I told him this was NOT so! I was sitting close to him with only 1 other customer in the room. I had not even gone to the restroom. He said he did call my name , but he did NOT. As I said, I had had no updates for over 2 hours.
