Lost out on $3,000 of work because they couldn’t take tax off a proposal & invoice. We had came before and asked for proposal for windshield squirter issue and never reached back out; we had to call with oth off a proposal & invoice. Some dealerships you go to you feel bullied and uncomfortable. Once I decided that I wanted to make the purchase everything was done virtually as far as paperwork and some price point conversations. All I had to do was show up after work sign some papers and I was out the door. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them and both times I had the same amazing experience. More
