My experience with Mr BAUMAN, salesman, was great. My experience with the Manager of the dealership almost the sale of the truck. This was a cash deal and the manager was extremely rude to me and my niece and her husband that were there with me. He went so far as to insinuate that there was not a 2500.00 incentive off the price that was on the website and when he was shown the actual website he stated that was a mistake and insinuated that we were not being truthful. After several heated words I left the dealership and told the salesman that we were going to lunch and after 1 hour we would not be back. This kind of treatment is totally unacceptable. I will not purchase another vehicle from Stingray. The service department was great and Matt was wonderful as well as George in parts. It is a shame that the Manager and the finance manager are not the same. More

The fact that I see many of the same faces when I come into stingray says a lot about the dealership. They seem to be more honest than most dealerships. The first two vehicles I bought from them were very good experiences, the last one not as much. I am a very critical person when it comes to service, I was in for an oil change and no one even mentioned the fact that my check engine light was on. Sometimes it’s on, and sometimes it’s off. That morning it was on when I took it in and on when I took it home, so I thought that someone would mention it. A good service department will be looking for any kind of issue that may cause you problems either now or in the future. Everyone is always friendly. And the oil change was faster than I was anticipating. Oil changes at a dealership are not always very fast but I believe you will have better quality personnel performing the oil change at the dealership. Overall my experience with Stingray has been favorable and there is a good chance when I get ready to buy a new vehicle I will look at their inventory and prices before I look somewhere else. One last thing I want to mention, the person that set my appointment said I could have an 8 o’clock appointment on Tuesday, that was on Friday before memorial day. On Memorial Day, I got an email that said I had an 1130 appointment. The service advisor told me it’s at 11:30 but I showed him the email that said 8 AM, apparently it was an outside company that set the appointment, and Jeremiah, my service advisor didn’t tell me I had to wait or anything they just went ahead and did the oil change and like I said it was faster than I was anticipating. I had one of the best sale experience buying my 2024 Silverado 2500. Everyone was very friendly. Love the no pressure atmosphere!!! I also used the parts department and service department.
