My experience with this dealership’s service department has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After purchasing my truck, I began experiencing serious oil consumption in the engine ,issues t has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After purchasing my truck, I began experiencing serious oil consumption in the engine ,issues that eventually led to a full engine replacement (gm recal) . Since then, I have had to return multiple times for additional concerns, and the vehicle is currently undergoing an oil consumption test again after a new engine got installed , as instructed by the manufacturer. What has been even more concerning is the quality of work performed by the service department. After repairs were completed, I discovered parts that were not properly secured and components that appeared to have been installed incorrectly. At one point, parts were actually coming loose or falling off the truck after service. This raises serious concerns about the workmanship and safety of the vehicle after it leaves the dealership. Because of the ongoing issues and lack of confidence in the repairs, I have opened an official case with General Motors to document everything that has happened with this vehicle and the service experience. At this point, after the engine replacement and the repeated problems following service, I no longer feel confident driving this truck and I no longer consider it a reliable vehicle. A customer should not have to question the safety and reliability of a vehicle after major repairs have been performed by a dealership service department. Buying a vehicle is a major investment, and customers should be able to trust that the service department will perform repairs correctly and stand behind their work. Unfortunately, my experience has involved repeated visits, poor communication, questionable repair quality, and a great deal of unnecessary stress. I hope the dealership and General Motors take this situation seriously and work toward a fair resolution. Based on my experience so far, I would strongly encourage potential customers to carefully consider their options before relying on this service department.( tools,parts falling off the engine area that cloud cause a bad accident or a huge engine damage ) putting my life in a danger situation More
