I was scheduled for an oil change on my Corvette Stingray a week from my call, when I arrived I was told there was no oil. Nobody called me to reschedule due to the fact there was no oil change. I rescheduled and when I returned my service advisor was angry with me , said he had to pay for the oil change( Eric Scott). The attendant who was adding oil to my Corvette was holding the oil can in one hand while watching a video on his phone in the other hand. Very poor service! More

Edgar has tried keeping me up to date on the parts ordered. Not sure if he doesn’t work Monday or Tuesday. No response when emailing. Online service appointments need to be looked at closely due to t ordered. Not sure if he doesn’t work Monday or Tuesday. No response when emailing. Well, your service tech left and when my car was done, I was waiting on it and finally had a go get someone else to sign me up.
