I have tried to get ahold of you to have my car changed from a lease to a buyout and I have yet to hear from you. This was by far one of the worst experiences I have had with a company. We were lied to by sales when we purchased the vehicle as we wished to have the tinting done by a vendor of our own preference and we with a company. We were lied to by sales when we purchased the vehicle as we wished to have the tinting done by a vendor of our own preference and were told we could not. One month later the cheap tint that was used bubbled and we were forced to bring the vehicle back for it to be replaced. We were told it would take an hour and we waited for 3 hours. Mind you its two us 2 hours round-trip to get there. Communication was horrible by all departments including the GM that we expressed our concerns too and appeared to be annoyed that we were even upset with the situation. More
I was very well received; guided over to a service manager, who proceeded to explore the possibilities regarding the engine light being on. Eventually, the tech had diagnosed the problem, and the fix manager, who proceeded to explore the possibilities regarding the engine light being on. I was introduced to a newer service advisor through a current Stingray associate and was told I would be taken good care of. Trusting that individual I spoke with Luis Tur and explained the issue with my current Stingray associate and was told I would be taken good care of. Trusting that individual I spoke with Luis Tur and explained the issue with my friends vehicle, Luis listened intently, took detailed notes. Within 2-3 days Luis contacted me to explain in detail what the diagnosis was. I approved the estimate and after receiving the back order part the vehicle was completed the same day which was fantastic news for my friend, Luis’s attention to detail and providing great customer service made me the hero in this event when In fact he was!
