My oil change was done quickly. However, I called ahead of time and asked what the exact price for a synthetic oil change on my specific car would be. I was told it would be $49.99. Crystal verified that of time and asked what the exact price for a synthetic oil change on my specific car would be. I was told it would be $49.99. Crystal verified that my car was a Saturn sky and I was told the price would be $49.99. However, when I arrived there I was told that it was a different kind of oil and it would be more money. I feel that when I call and ask for a price, I should be given the exact amount based on the information which is in your system. More
