I would have liked to be told when I made the appt that there would be a 3% charge for credit, I would have brought a check. also, when I signed to have you dispose of used parts, I should have been told t there would be a 3% charge for credit, I would have brought a check. also, when I signed to have you dispose of used parts, I should have been told there was a charge for that too. lastly my car was there for 4 hours, I am pretty sure it wasn't worked on the whole time, I paid $985.50 for labor ($246 hr at the least if 4 hours) seems rather high to us. I could not have had a better service rider than Michael Perryman he’s been absolutely the best on a number of occasions for me. This last one was a rough go for him on a 22 Silverado with 44,000 miles on i Perryman he’s been absolutely the best on a number of occasions for me.
