When I initially purchased my 2019 Colorado I was amazed at the quality of service at Stingray Chevrolet. Unfortunately when it came to my warranty work, I was far from impressed. I'll begin by saying th at the quality of service at Stingray Chevrolet. Unfortunately when it came to my warranty work, I was far from impressed. I'll begin by saying the employees themselves are not responsible for this review, the dealership as a whole is. I was treated very well by the women I dealt with in the service department. I was told my vehicle would be in the shop for up to a month in order to have the small issues in the transmission properly looked at. That wasn't an issue for me since I was being given a loaner while without my vehicle. At the end of the check-in process I learned I was being given a Chevy Trax as a loaner. This left me in a major bind as I use my truck for work every single day. I explained the situation and made it clear I needed a truck with a bed for a loaner, but that didnt change a thing. Eventually I left the dealership, on a day I had taken off of work to get my vehicle fixed, without getting anything accomplished. I find it very disheartening to have a dealership that was so quick to sell a truck to me unable to properly set me up with even a relatively similar vehicle, especially when the service will take up to a month. I brought my Colorado to Wesley Chapel Chevrolet. My parts are ordered and i am not without a truck. They will have my business when I purchase my next Chevy. More
