Horrible experience. I can’t even believe how our service experience has gone twice now with Stingray. It’s a real shame. First there was a power outage In our 2014 corvet I can’t even believe how our service experience has gone twice now with Stingray. It’s a real shame. First there was a power outage In our 2014 corvette in the steering column that was still under warranty while Driving which scared us tremendously. We immediately came to the dealership to have them look at it. It was a certified preowned and was still covered under warranty, however the service guy wanted us to pay a $400 fee to tell us what was wrong with vehicle. We subsequently traded it in instead. the next corvette we bought from that trade ended up having a recall for the power steering and that’s what was wrong with the other one it just hadn’t been recalled as of yet. We also bought the new one and it had window tint listed on the sticker but didn’t have any. So the sales guy told us next time we brought it in for something that they would do the tint. So once recalled we schedule appointment for the recall and window tint. They called and told us it was ready so we went to pick it up. When my husband got home i noticed how filthy it was on the front windshield. I thought maybe it had rained or something. But come to find out it was SOAP and dirt on the inside of the windshield all down to the dash from the Window tiny installer. They didn’t clean any of their mess up. I tried to clean it but it was soap and smeared and i couldn’t reach all the way down. So i just left it. A couple weeks later the front right area of the car was making a thunk sound anytime we hit a bump. It made me really nervous as it felt like a shock or something and it was metal on metal. So we took it to Ferman because it was only ten minutes away vs 45 to Stingray. German called within and hour stating that two bolts were missing and one was loose from the control arm where they replaced for the last recall and that they were not willing to touch it for liability reasons. So needless to say we were shocked at this news and immediately called service at Stingray who had it last. They were closed and had to wait until Monday to hear back. The service manager Justin called us back and minimized the issue but we insisted he had our car flatbed delivered to his service to fix it. Sure enough the tech in service at Stingray LITERALLY DIDNT FINISH THE JOB. again the manager minimized it and said they realize he didn’t finish it but they will make sure it’s done the right way this time. We happen to have to go out of town and we’re gone for two weeks, I told the manager that we were and that we would be back to get the car on Monday this week. So we went up to service in the afternoon. We stood there for ten mins until I saw the prior service advisor and asked her to help. She had no idea about the car and found our keys sitting on the managers desk. He then finally came out after taking casually to another employee making us wait, and said oh I didn’t know y’all were coming the car is dirty and I need and hour to hour and a half to clean it! I mean really? We didn’t have all that time to sit and wait. I also had advised him prior to the inside windshield being so filthy. He then went to get the car, yes indeed it was so dirty and then I noticed the windshield still covered in soap. I pointed it out and then he said they would finally clean it. Then we waited again. Honestly this was so bad I couldn’t even believe it. If I hadn’t been so angry at the time I would’ve gone in to fine the person that runs the dealership to let them know how bad our experience cows have been. This manager was clueless and seems to have some kind of relationship with someone and that’s why his service decor is ran so poorly. Y’all out on a great show in the dealership but wow does your service dept need MAJOR HELP. We could have been killed in our car. It’s amazing nothing happened and quite frankly a miracle. All because of a tech that literally didn’t screw in the control arm BOLTS TO THE CAR!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE DO ANY BUSINESS WITH STINGRAY. And everyone will hear about this. More

Excellent Service Worked with my Sales Person Josh Lovelace on having the water marks removed from my paint and a scratch removed. . He coordinated with The body shop Worked with my Sales Person Josh Lovelace on having the water marks removed from my paint and a scratch removed. . He coordinated with The body shop to have this done, as well coordinating with the service dept to lower my and install new rear spoiler winglets. With Josh’s help and the work from the body and service depts. My Grand Sport came as a different car and for the better. It looks fantastic and I’m completely satisfied for the work from everyone. Thanks Josh for getting it done. Awesome work. More
