The best experience! My wife and I were bringing in our 2019 Equinox for its first oil change and got about 5 miles from Stingray when a crazy thing happened. Our engine l My wife and I were bringing in our 2019 Equinox for its first oil change and got about 5 miles from Stingray when a crazy thing happened. Our engine lost power and immediately went into low power mode on I4 going 70 MPH! Needless to say, my wife and I were pretty shook up. We called the service department and spoke with Lisa. She instructed us to do our best to get the vehicle there and they would get it in to see what’s going on. Once we arrived at the service department, Ricky was quick to get our information and truly cared about our concerns. Ricky then informed us that they had a loner vehicle ready for us. This was a wonderful surprise! We found out later that the issue with our equinox was a known issue and it was quickly repaired by your technicians. To reassure us more, Ricky even test drove our vehicle multiple times throughout the day. This is by far the best service we have ever experienced at a dealership. I want to Recognize Ricky and Lisa for there wonderful skills. They are a valuable asset to your organization. When GM put some extra incentives on Corvettes it got my attention. I went in to see Brian back in September and couldn't quite talk myself into buying at that time but after mulling the deal over I called Brian in October to see what we could do. Even though he was on vacation, Brian returned my call, answered my questions, and we got it done a week later. I highly recommend Brian and Stingray and, since this is my third Corvette, it's safe to say I highly recommend the car as well. More

Good Service, Lengthy Wait I'm a big fan of the service center here except for the wait time. I had a 1pm appointment, showed up fifteen minutes early, and still had to wait an I'm a big fan of the service center here except for the wait time. Additionally, I was under the impression that the oil changes here were full service (including topping off fluids) and my fluids weren't topped off. So be sure to ask before service. More
