Aggravating at first. Made right in the end. I felt like I was caught in the middle of a "Pissing" contest between my salesmen " Brad" and the service dept. When I bought my Silverado, I purchase I felt like I was caught in the middle of a "Pissing" contest between my salesmen " Brad" and the service dept. When I bought my Silverado, I purchased retrieval hooks for the front. I know I can buy the hooks on the internet for about 20$, but I paid the 225$ through Chevrolet for the install job. I took the day off work after being told I could have it done on a Sat. by Brad. Which wasnt the case. After 3 hrs I was appalled at the installation. It was horrific! Brad, Larry And another Salesman agreed it was the worst they had seen. Whis I had pictures to attach, but im sure the people involved will remeber. Needless to say I was pretty upset at the waste of time and the installation! It was corrected timely. I was given a loner Truck. It was also delivered to my house. A new front skirt was ordered and installed on my truck at the cost of Stingray, which I appreciate greatly! I feel the need to mention the names of everyone involved in making this right timely and correctly. I appreciate the professionalism of these individuals. A big thanks to Larry Hanson, Bruno Onetti, and Lisa Rice. I was told the problem was I should have had to order a new front skirt for the retrieval hooks. The hooks are sold in your catalog seperately. So i dont quite understand that. I would have been more than happy if they would have just done a better job with the existing knock outs on the original skirt. It was corrected though and again I appreciate it and everyone involved. My Truck looks great! More

Indifferent Service Bought a New Silverado and wanted the tires (rubber only) on my old Silverado installed on the new truck. The tires on the old truck were new Micheli Bought a New Silverado and wanted the tires (rubber only) on my old Silverado installed on the new truck. The tires on the old truck were new Michelin (80,000 miles tread life) tires and produced a smooth and vibration free ride: much better than the original tires. Explained to the service rep what I wanted to do, and made an appointment for 9:30 AM. I arrived at 9:30, then at 11 AM, I asked the Service person why the truck was still setting in the service lane. The answer was that I made an appointment to see him and not to do work on the truck. Not a good answer. I then talked to the service director who told me that they needed two lifts to do the work and it would take a while to free up the two. Not satisfactory since they new that when I made the appointment. After I protested, the work was completed and I got out of the dealership around 12:30. If I had not protested, I would still be sitting in the service waiting room. More
