I have been a Stingray Chevrolet customer since 2013. I drive in from Lakeland, usually coming in during a scheduled work break. I cannot afford to sit in your lobby for an excess of 2 hours. I believe your service department is overwhelmed, as the wait time has become a trend. Your staff is amazing, especially Joe Platt. Please give him & the rest of your team the tools to deliver a more time efficient product, as your Great Dealership deserves! More
